About The Position

Our Finance Transformation team serves as trusted advisors to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and other key executives, providing strategic advice and implementing as-a-service solutions. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, conducting interviews, formulating recommendations, and assisting clients in implementing solutions. Requirements

  • Anaplan & Technical Expertise: Over 3 years' experience designing, developing, and implementing Anaplan Financial Systems Solutions—including model building, Data Hub integration, and translating technical features into process improvements for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes; certified Anaplan Model Builder.
  • Professional & Project Experience: More than 4 years' total experience in professional services or corporate roles, including 2+ years leading or supporting Anaplan projects at consulting firms or as an internal consultant; skilled in requirements gathering, agile implementation methodologies, and managing stakeholder priorities.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong ability to perform complex finance data analysis and deliver actionable insights; proven communicator able to bridge business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with organizational needs.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited sponsorship may be available.

Nice To Haves

  • Consulting Experience: 4+ years of consulting experience in a professional services setting (large or boutique firm, or as an internal consultant)
  • Anaplan Solution Architecture: Experience as an Anaplan Solution Architect and/or Delivery Manager
  • Finance Systems and Processes: Advanced understanding of financial systems and business processes; deep knowledge of financial planning processes and their implementation within large organizations.
  • Actionable Insights: Ability to interpret complex business data requirements and build analytical models and data feeds that deliver actionable insights.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry benchmarks and best practices.
  • Client Interaction: Ability to interact at all levels, build consensus, and foster change.
  • Engagement Management: Experience managing engagements or parts of larger projects; Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Presales Activities: Involvement in presales, proposals, and RFP activities.
  • Analytical Skills: Superior analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Mentorship: Willingness to mentor and counsel junior staff.
  • Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
