About The Position

We are currently looking for an Anaplan OWP Software Engineer in the United States. In this role, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of a high-performance, scalable platform that powers business workloads and AI-driven insights. You will work across both front-end and back-end systems, integrating data pipelines, cloud-native tools, and observability solutions to ensure reliable, resilient operations. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones, participate in design reviews, and implement solutions that improve performance and reliability. You will be instrumental in shaping the platform’s capabilities while applying DevOps principles, data engineering expertise, and cloud infrastructure knowledge to make a tangible business impact.

Requirements

  • Experience with Anaplan OWP implementation and familiarity with other Anaplan modules.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native development.
  • Proficiency in DevOps principles, continuous integration/deployment, and infrastructure management.
  • Experience in data engineering and building data processing pipelines is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud cost optimization strategies is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or application programming development.
  • Passion for contributing to innovative platforms that improve business efficiency and outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in data engineering and building data processing pipelines is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud cost optimization strategies is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain core platform capabilities to support diverse business workloads.
  • Build and integrate data flows with data lakes, event stores, and analytics systems.
  • Contribute to full-stack development, ensuring clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones to ensure project success.
  • Implement cloud-native tools and services to enhance platform scalability, observability, and resilience.
