As an Operations Strategy Project Manager on the Product & Experience Analytics Team, your role will blend product strategy, consulting, and analytics. You will help define the hypotheses we test, work with finance to measure ROI, and translate insights into actionable, efficiency-driving recommendations for senior leaders. This position offers an opportunity to apply both strategic and product thinking to bridge design, data, and business outcomes for some of Chase’s most innovative pilot programs.
