The Business Intelligence Senior Manager role is instrumental in working with Consumer Marketplace Operations leadership to leverage Analytics in order to ensure a data driven culture of decision making associated with Consumer Marketplace strategic planning. This individual must show proven success using data and insights to collaborate with P/L leadership and senior functional leaders (Sales, Product, Marketing) to ensure decision-making is data driven. Key events include traffic/leads forecast development, KPI formulation for annual strategic plans and new product/business planning. The ideal candidate will have experience consulting with enterprise-class clients and using data analysis to produce actionable insights. This individual must demonstrate a continuous passion for supporting a culture of collaboration, discovery and learning. Candidates should have knowledge of business concepts and associated data as it relates to digital marketing, consumer personalization, inventory merchandising and/or CRM/retailing solutions. This leader will create presentations that bring together performance data with customer and industry trends to tell a clear and concise story around the consumer targeting and vehicle retailing process. This role is expected to perform these duties with minimal daily oversight. This role is an individual contributor role
