As a Senior Director in Analytics, you will lead the analytics team across multiple customer groups, industry verticals, and regions, translating client objectives into analytic frameworks and driving roadmap alignment. You will collaborate with media strategists, data engineers, creative teams, and business leaders to evaluate marketing effectiveness and refine campaign strategies. Your expertise will help brands make data-informed decisions with confidence, pushing the boundaries of measurement and exploring AI-driven solutions to enhance marketing performance.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in analytics, including 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Expertise in building and scaling analytics functions that align with business strategy.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience guiding data architecture and modeling decisions.
  • Proficiency in Python or R to support statistical analysis and data automation.
  • Deep experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional partnerships and aligning on KPI frameworks.
  • Strong record of mentoring analytics leaders and shaping team culture.
  • Commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a Continual Learner.
  • Dedication to People-Focused leadership, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analytics team across multiple customer groups, industry verticals, and regions.
  • Define the capability roadmap and organization structure for scale.
  • Translate client objectives and business questions into analytic frameworks and drive roadmap alignment.
  • Guide senior client relationships and analytics transformation projects, showcasing PMG value and driving growth.
  • Align department goals to company strategy and vision.
  • Manage Director-level leaders and ensure succession planning.
  • Lead performance planning, calibration, and promotions.
  • Identify and implement process, tooling, or training improvements.
  • Represent analytics in senior executive forums, both internally at PMG and externally on the broader market.
  • Shape thought leadership, IP, and external reputation.
  • Use AI, automation, and technology to elevate the quality and efficiency of work, streamline processes, and enable faster, more informed decision-making.
