The manager oversees end-to-end process documentation, testing activities, and quality assurance to ensure compliance and performance standards are met. Additionally, this role includes vendor management responsibilities, ensuring external partners deliver value and align with organizational goals. Working cross-functionally, the manager ensures all initiatives are strategically aligned and executed with accuracy, accountability, and a focus on sustainable growth.
