About The Position

The Analytics Quality Manager for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) is responsible for ensuring the quality of reports and data produced within the EAM system. This role involves testing and analyzing reports based on designs submitted by the Functional Team, prioritizing new report requests, and providing guidance to team members in developing complex reporting solutions. The manager will also troubleshoot production report issues and coordinate with the Change Management team to communicate changes to the user community.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Six years of related experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Strong Power BI and COGNOS report skills.
• Strong understanding of databases.
• Proven experience delivering projects on time.
• Strong project management skills.
• Knowledge of NYCT rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of reports and data produced in the EAM system.
• Test and analyze reports based on designs submitted by the Functional Team.
• Work with EAM leadership to prioritize new report requests.
• Provide guidance to subordinates in developing solutions to complex reports.
• Monitor progress and assist team members as necessary.
• Troubleshoot production report issues with the team and implement solutions in coordination with the Quality Assurance team.
• Coordinate with the Change Management team to inform the user community of any changes.
