As an Analytics Product Manager, you'll lead the strategy and execution of data-driven products and services that transform how Interstates and our clients use information to operate and grow. This is a product-first role: you'll bring proven product management expertise-driving the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch-while applying a strong understanding of analytics to guide decisions and create customer value. You won't be building dashboards yourself, but you'll deeply understand the tools, processes, and insights that data teams deliver. Joining Interstates means joining a team that values innovation, growth, and real impact.

  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of industrial operations and the role analytics plays in enhancing those environments.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or process industries such as feed, flour, or related operations.
  • Working knowledge of analytics concepts-data modeling, KPIs, and data-driven decision making-even if you're not creating dashboards.
  • Understanding of Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, etc.) is helpful but not required.
  • Product Management certification (e.g., Pragmatic Institute) or college coursework/minor emphasizing product management is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a forward-looking product roadmap balancing near-term deliverables with long-term innovation.
  • Create go-to-market plans, coordinate cross-functional launch activities, and set/optimize product pricing strategies.

  • Make product decisions and recommendations that provide clear value to manufacturing and industrial clients.
  • Continuously refine internal product-development processes for greater efficiency and scalability.
  • Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Partner with leaders and teams across Interstates' portfolio of offers to identify ways to leverage analytics to enhance the solutions we deliver to clients.
