About The Position

The Analytics Regional Manager will ensure success of the Americas regional product business in meeting strategic and operational goals through influence and alignment of all stakeholders and teams across the Product, Client Coverage, Research, Technology, Data Services and Marketing.

Requirements

  • A deep understanding of client types including hedge funds and brokers dealers.
  • Deep knowledge of investment and risk management process operations.
  • Experience in business management, i.e., building businesses through identifying market opportunities, developing and testing new products and taking them to market.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth of MSCI's Analytics product line across the Americas, with a strategic focus on expanding front-office use cases among hedge funds and broker-dealers.
  • Develop understanding of client needs and their investment processes.
  • Build client data and trends to qualify commercial opportunities.
  • Work closely with Product Owners & Client Coverage to deliver a cohesive approach to expanding and enhancing the product line in the region. Define a clear GTM strategy.
  • Collaborate extensively with other Product teams and with MSCI's functional teams such as Client Coverage, Research, Technology, Data Services and Marketing to ensure that the product offering is developed and executed successfully in the region.
  • Solicit feedback throughout the product management lifecycle to understand demand drivers from various client groups.
  • Align closely with Client Coverage in the region to work on client deals and opportunities, provide and review pricing and review agreement terms.
  • In collaboration with Client Coverage, will be highly visible with clients to ensure MSCI is meeting client expectations.
