About The Position

The Analytics Product Director is a role within Business Insights and Analytics that is primarily responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of Analytical Products to the business, inclusive of enterprise data visualization (Tableau), modeling and advanced analytics (AI/ML) implementation, analytical tool usage and best practices, and insights delivery. This individual will have direct reports comprising of the BI&A Shared Services team that are responsible for management of specific aspects of the Analytics technology and product suite.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business or related field
• 10+ years of experience
• Familiarity with a wide variety of analytical tools and analytical industry standards
• Expertise with Tableau, Python, AWS (Sagemaker), Snowflake preferred
• Strong team leadership and project management skills
• Influencer and thought leader
• Strong innate curiosity
• Experience with advanced modeling and data projects
• Demonstrated experience with CxO-level strategy assignments
• Demonstrated successful manager with a track-record of developing analytical/developer talent
• Excellent communication and presentation, persuasion, and business case skills
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functionally with leadership, peers, and subordinates
• Ability to think logically, analytically and creatively
• Strong ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standards for use of Analytical products and ensure adherence to these standards for products created both within and outside of BI&A
• Collaborates closely with BI&A leadership, IT, and business leaders to establish and promote patterns for leveraging analytics in production environments
• Regularly assess the analytical landscape to ensure that the NetJets suite of analytical tools is aligned with industry standards and is sufficient to meet the needs of the business
• Directly lead the analysts on the BI&A Shared Services team to drive analytical advancement across all analytics units at NetJets
• Lead execution for analytics technology changes and delivery inclusive of organization change management
• Oversee documentation and information related to capabilities, processes and roles within the BI&A organization
