The CVS Front Store Offer Strategy team incentivizes customers to consistently choose CVS as their go-to health and wellness retailer by delivering value and a highly relevant and rewarding personalized coupon experience. The team leverages strategic, personalized incentivization and tailored customer growth strategies to drive customer loyalty and inspire shopping. We have an exciting and high‑impact opportunity for a Senior Manager of Strategic Analytics to join our Front Store Offer Strategy team. In this role, you will bring strong analytical rigor and a deep, intrinsic curiosity about the CVS coupon experience. You will apply creative problem‑solving and data‑driven insight to elevate large data sets, enhance the consumer experience, and drive customers to our stores for their everyday shopping needs. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in identifying, understanding, and synthesizing retail business hypotheses. This includes structuring analytical approaches and leveraging advanced technical capabilities—such as coding, big‑data manipulation, and quantitative analytics—to validate or disprove key business assumptions. This role will collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners across Analytics & Behavioral Change, Retail Analytics, Loyalty Programs, Pricing & Promo, Consumer Insights, and Retail Marketing. The Senior Manager will report directly to the Director of Front Store Offer Strategy.
