About The Position

The Analytics Manager at QLER Telepsychiatry will lead the analytics function, utilizing data to support decision-making, drive business growth, and improve patient outcomes. This role is integral to the QLER Leadership Team, reporting directly to the COO, and involves developing a comprehensive data analytics strategy for a tech-enabled telehealth company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Info Systems, CS, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare services, analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data mining, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, Power BI, and Excel.
• Understanding of healthcare data privacy regulations (HIPAA).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience with APIs to aggregate data sources across various systems.
• Passion for building a function and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement a comprehensive data analytics strategy for the company.
• Aggregate and interpret data from various sources, including patient demographics and clinical outcomes.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and service leaders.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and reporting dashboards to visualize complex data insights.
• Stay current on industry trends in healthcare analytics and telepsychiatry.
• Identify opportunities to leverage data science and machine learning to optimize services.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (HIPAA).
• Hire and develop the analytics team over time.
