The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Investments Team: RTX is looking for a talented Analytics Manager to support our pension investments team. In this role you will support the management of over $100 billion in corporate pension and savings plan assets by providing analytical and technical support across investment oversight and performance monitoring. You will focus on leveraging database management systems, data visualization tools, and programming skills to enhance data-driven decision-making for the pension investments team. This is an individual contributor hybrid position located in Farmington, CT and will require you to be onsite at least three days a week. This role is not relocation eligible.
