The Analytics Lead will establish the data foundation that drives product innovation, marketing performance, and user engagement. The Analytics Lead for PLAY owns the end-to-end measurement ecosystem that directly drives subscriber and ARPU growth. This role builds the analytical infrastructure and KPI taxonomy tied to monetization (e.g., CAC, LTV, conversion and upgrade rates), then translates behavioral signals into action.
