We are seeking a skilled Analytics Engineer to support the management and optimization of our data infrastructure. This position focuses on maintaining data pipelines across Supabase, Fivetran, and HubSpot, building reliable data models, and developing reports and dashboards in Sigma that provide actionable insights for business teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of SQL, experience with cloud-based databases, and an understanding of business metrics. This is a hands-on, mid-level role that combines elements of data engineering and business intelligence.

  • Manage and optimize data tables and queries within Supabase.
  • Configure and maintain Fivetran integrations to ensure data is current and accurate.
  • Oversee HubSpot data synchronization and ensure alignment across systems.
  • Monitor integrations and address data consistency or performance issues.
  • Design and maintain SQL models and transformations to support analytics and reporting.
  • Combine and standardize data from multiple sources for consistent business use.
  • Work with internal teams to translate reporting requirements into scalable data solutions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Sigma that provide clear, reliable reporting.
  • Define and document key metrics and KPIs to ensure consistency.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver data that supports decision-making.
  • Develop automated workflows using n8n to streamline reporting and data movement.
  • Implement quality checks and alerts to monitor data reliability.
  • Maintain documentation for data pipelines, models, and automations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including joins, CTEs, and query optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience configuring and monitoring Fivetran integrations.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM data structures.
  • Understanding of data modeling, integrity, and reporting best practices.
  • Experience with Sigma, Looker, Power BI, or comparable BI tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using Python or JavaScript for scripting and automation.
  • Knowledge of n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
  • Familiarity with API-based data integrations.
  • Exposure to version control systems such as Git and documentation standards.
  • Fully remote role with flexible hours aligned to Eastern Time.
