Purpose: The Analytics Engineer plays a key role in QualDerm’s journey to becoming a data-driven organization. This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to help leaders make better decisions across clinical, operational, financial, and patient-experience functions. The Analytics Engineer will work closely with business stakeholders and the Data & Analytics team to transform raw data into actionable insights, supporting initiatives such as patient demand forecasting, call center optimization, provider utilization, and revenue cycle improvement. The role also involves leveraging AI-assisted tools, forecasting models, and automation platforms to accelerate workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the quality of analytics deliverables. The Analytics Engineer is expected to stay informed about emerging technologies in analytics, forecasting, AI, and automation to continually advance QualDerm’s data capabilities.
