About The Position
The UnityPoint Health Analytics team is responsible for enabling clinical, operational, and financial outcomes improvement through consultative partnerships and the use of data and analytics. The team members are leaders in transforming UPH into a data-informed, continuous-improvement organization with highly reliable and sustainable results. The Analytics Engineer is an intermediate position within the Analytics structure. The Analytics Engineer supports the entire analytics life cycle, although focuses their time on building data-driven products. The Analytics Engineer works across a multi-disciplinary team including IT ETL, analytics business partners, and analytics consumers and organizes and transforms data in a meaningful way. The Analytics Engineer has a broad understanding of the data sources and tools available to convert data to insights in analytics solutions that are used by leaders and providers across the organization.
