We’re actively seeking a talented Analytics Delivery Leader to join our Advanced Analytics team in Newport Beach, CA. As Director of Analytics Delivery, you’ll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of analytics and AI/ML initiatives, from discovery through deployment, with repeatable model/product delivery methods. You and your team will align the Advanced Analytics portfolio to strategic outcomes and prove ROI through standardized value measurement and realization. You will fill an existing role that leads a team of 5 people in the Consumer Markets division. Your colleagues will include Directors of Analytics Engineering, Visualization Engineering, and Data Science. Partnerships with those leaders, along with support for the analytics stakeholders, will be critical to the success of our thriving practice. How you’ll help move us forward: Translate enterprise strategy into an analytics portfolio roadmap, including the integration of AI across critical data products. Run epic intake/prioritization using lean economic prioritization Establish portfolio OKRs and value hypotheses for each initiative; socialize alignment with business owners and finance Define and own the Value Realization Framework—baseline KPIs, target benefits, benefit tracking, adoption KPIs, and financial reconciliation at initiative and portfolio levels Standardize planning/reporting, cadence, and portfolio ceremonies (PI planning, epic Kanban, Measure‑and‑Grow). Coach managers in agile delivery across multiple teams Create executive & stakeholder transparency—portfolio KPI dashboards; manage dependencies, compliance, and Responsible AI Build and mentor high performing delivery managers and drive continuous improvement Champion Advanced Analytics' capabilities by advocating for the team’s expertise, fostering cross-functional partnerships, and marketing the measurable value delivered across business units. Drive awareness and adoption of analytics solutions by communicating impact stories and strategic wins to stakeholders at all levels. Base Pay Range: The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Requirements
