About The Position

As an Analytics Consultant at Demandbase, you are the analytics/measurement subject matter expert for our customers during onboarding and the post sales customer lifecycle. You will bridge the gap between business objectives and measuring and reporting on quantitative/qualitative outcomes. Your mission is to provide prescriptive measurement guidance, enable data driven decision making, and reporting best practices to ensure customers maximize the value of their investment in the Demandbase.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in data analytics, marketing operations, or business intelligence (ideally within a B2B or Agency environment).
  • The "Translator" Skillset: Proven ability to take raw data and turn it into actionable insights. You should be comfortable explaining why a metric matters to a CMO or Head of Sales.
  • Technical Literacy:
  • SQL: Preference for candidates who can write queries to extract and join data.
  • Data Visualization: Experience building intuitive reports in tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI preferred.
  • B2B Context: Familiarity with the B2B funnel (MQAs, SQLs, Pipeline) and how ABM strategies impact account engagement.
  • Client Command: Experience leading discovery calls or presentations. You should be able to navigate "tough" questions about data validity and strategy with confidence.
  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail (no "messy" decks) and a structured approach to problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the B2B MarTech stack (Demandbase, HubSpot, 6sense, etc.).
  • A background in "Full-Funnel" attribution modeling.
  • The ability to explain complex numerical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Measurement Strategy: Develop Value Measurement Plans that link Demandbase activities to specific customer KPIs and business outcomes.
  • Data Driven Configuration Recs: Conduct Intent Audits by analyzing historical win data to drive informed intent configuration decisions.
  • Performance Analysis: Leverage first- and third-party data within the Demandbase platform to generate custom reports and deep-dive analyses.
  • Customer Onboarding: Lead discovery sessions during the onboarding phase to define a customer’s data and measurement approach.
  • Consultative Partnership: Act as a dedicated subject matter expert, guiding customers through implementations to ensure their data strategy aligns with corporate goals.
