About The Position

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Analytics Consultant-AI/ML. This is a full-time (Contract-W2) position with a duration of 6+ months. The role is hybrid and can be based in various locations including West Des Moines IA, Minneapolis MN, Chandler AZ, New York NY, St Louis MO, San Francisco CA, and Charlotte NC. As an Analytics Consultant, you will develop and create reports and visuals that tell a story by understanding the business context, technical details, and executive expectations. You will build reports and visuals that proactively answer executive questions and provide insights. Additionally, you will identify and research various hypotheses, presenting findings to leadership, and partner with the Business Process Management (BPM) Six Sigma team to drive efficiencies by identifying and presenting them to leadership and working with the BPM team to realize efficiencies and savings.

Requirements

• Data wrangling, business intelligence (BI), artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, MS Fabric Lakehouse, and AI/ML Agentic AI.
• Excellent executive storytelling skills in PowerPoint.
• Ability to connect the dots across various data points, systems, and initiatives.
• Ability to find efficiencies and anomalies in data.
• Proven experience in advanced analytics, data wrangling, and BI/AI/ML.
