The Analytics Associate or Senior Analytics Associate will support data-informed strategy and decision-making across digital communications and paid media programs. This role will report to the Senior Digital Analytics Manager and plays an important part in helping our efforts to reach and move key voters by turning complex data into clear insights. You'll work cross-functionally with the Paid Media, Creative, and Research & Development teams to support reporting, creative testing, and targeting efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about using data to make an impact in high-stakes campaigns. This is a remote position. The role includes occasional travel, and working hours are 10AM–6PM ET regardless of location. We are not currently registered to do business in all locations. In particular, we are not currently accepting applicants based in Florida, Hawaii, Missouri, and Texas due to regulatory considerations.
