The Network Services team is dedicated to optimizing the Mastercard network to accelerate sales activities, enhance customer value, and drive scalable impact across the North America region. We partner closely with product, sales, finance, and strategy teams to identify growth opportunities, strengthen our pricing and commercialization models, and activate network launched initiatives that support Mastercard’s services business. As an Analytics & Metrics Intern, you will support the development, optimization, and execution of strategic initiatives for the North American services business. You will also assist with data analysis, review pricing models, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or accelerated graduate program graduating Winter 2026 to Spring 2027
  • Ability to partner across the organization
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PPT)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • This role is not eligible for Mastercard’s work authorization sponsorship.
