This person will lead high-performing individuals embedded within our diverse client base with a specific focus on CRM analytics and insights. This role integrates CRM strategy, advanced analytics, data science, and partner engagement. This individual will be a key connector between client business needs and data-driven solutions that power audience segmentation, campaign optimization, operational efficiency, and personalized customer experiences.
