About The Position
This role is located on-site in Sanford, NC. Experience performing and reviewing data for Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) and/or Imaged Capillary Isoelectric Focusing (icIEF) experience is required. Support client's Analytical Technology group by conducting wet-chemistry and instrumental analytical chemistry analysis on in-process, final batch concentrate (FBC), monovalent bulk concentrate (MBC) sample types. Preparing analytical standards and reagents. Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment and instruments. Calculating results using Excel spreadsheets and/or instrumental software. Documenting results in electronic laboratory notebooks and reviewing notebooks of peers. Supporting senior analytical chemists on various projects as assigned. Utilizing technical knowledge to identify, troubleshoot, and assist with resolution of process problems. Document experiment execution using an electronic lab notebook, batch record, and/or protocols. Prioritize and organize work to meet project deadlines and support team goals. Communicate effectively with co-workers and client staff members. Due to close work with specific bacterial strains, the following vaccinations will be offered by the company: Blood Borne Pathogens (Hep B), (Pneumovax 23), (Menactra), (Tdap).
