As an Agilent Field Service Representative, you'll travel to a variety of customer labs to install, maintain, and repair critical Chromatography, Spectrometry, and Spectroscopy instruments used in Food, Chemicals & Materials, Pharmaceuticals, Environmental, and Forensics research and manufacturing.

  • Engage with customers for the on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of products related to Liquid Chromatography, Gas Chromatography, LC Mass Spectrometry, GC Mass Spectrometry, Atomic Spectroscopy, Molecular Spectroscopy systems and software.
  • Diagnose and resolve product performance issues, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations for clients.
  • Advise customers on preventive measures and configurations to enhance product performance and longevity.
  • Work closely with Support, Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Participate in internal technical training and workshops to stay ahead in the field.
  • Elevate 'Voice of Customer' in relaying critical insights and customer experiences to Agilent leadership.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a science field (e.g., chemistry, biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, engineering or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for technology.
  • Minimal to no prior work experience required.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate activities with others.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to different customer environments.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Experience with Agilent solutions is a plus.
  • Experience troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful, and timely.
