Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start)
• Five (5) years of laboratory data science or digital solution research experience in a private, public, government or military environment

• Experience with analytical or materials science data and technology development
• Experience leading multidisciplinary research teams/projects

Responsibilities

• Managing and leading a team of analytical data scientists
• Developing strong relationships with key division customers and executing on operational goals
• Developing strategies for technical programs, developing appropriate IP strategy and portfolio
• Developing HR plans (identify needed skill sets, create progression/succession plans and establish relationships with key sources and future talent)
• Other duties as assigned
