About The Position

American Battery Technology Company (ABTC) provides technical development and commercialization of domestic, sustainable sourcing of critical battery materials through lithium-ion battery recycling and battery metal extraction technologies for use in batteries that power electric cars, grid storage applications, and consumer electronics and tools. Our first of kind systems produce commercial-scale battery materials that are sold into the battery manufacturing supply chain. As an Analytical Chemistry Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside our Analytical Chemistry Team in the laboratory setting. You will assist in various laboratory operations and chemical analyses, supporting the design and implementation of our proprietary lithium-ion battery recycling processes and primary resource extraction technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to apply their academic knowledge in a practical environment, and learn about good laboratory practices, sample preparation, and data analysis in a cutting-edge industry.
