About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chemist to join our team, specializing in Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) and Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS). The role focuses on analytical testing and method development within a cannabis laboratory, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or related field
• Strong experience with GC-MS and LC-MS instrumentation
• Previous experience working in a cannabis testing laboratory
• Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing using GC-MS and LC-MS techniques
• Develop and validate analytical methods for the analysis of cannabis samples
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities
• Maintain equipment and run scheduled PM
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines
