Laboratory Operations Operate analytical instruments (plate readers, microplate washers, automated workstations) Handle liquid samples with micropipettes Prepare analytical samples and assay reagents per SOPs Perform biological assays (qPCR, ELISAs) Measure protein levels (host cell protein, protein A) in monoclonal antibody samples Assist as secondary operator during assay transfers Analytical Methods Run methods such as HPLC, UPLC, SEC, gel electrophoresis, capillary electrophoresis Conduct total protein and amino acid analyses Manage sample storage and handling Data & Documentation Analyze data using instrument software and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Independently interpret experimental results Contribute to SOPs, study reports, and protocols Maintain compliant laboratory notebooks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field plus 2–3 years industry experience OR Master’s degree with academic research experience
  • Hands-on technical laboratory experience in analytical chemistry (academic, internship, or industrial)
  • Demonstrated HPLC experience
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • Skilled in protein and macromolecule handling/analysis
  • Proficiency with low-volume liquid handling equipment (e.g., micropipettes)
  • Strong computer literacy; able to quickly learn and adapt to new software

Responsibilities
