Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a BA/BS, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Candidates must not be graduating prior to the program end date unless willing and permitted to extend their graduation timeline.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 required.
  • Foundational chemistry laboratory skills.
  • Must be authorized to work permanently in the U.S. without requiring future visa sponsorship (e.g., F1, H‑1B).
  • Ability to work full‑time (40 hours/week) with reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior bench‑level chemistry experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
  • Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside scientists to perform wet chemistry and chromatography supporting new product development and life‑cycle management.
  • Conduct daily laboratory tasks including sample preparation, testing, data collection, notebook documentation, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Log in and manage samples submitted by the stability group.
  • Follow safe and environmentally responsible laboratory practices in alignment with regulatory and safety guidelines.
  • Communicate findings clearly through written and verbal reports.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and lab notebooks in accordance with company procedures and FDA/ICH requirements.
