About The Position

The Analytic Lab Manager will oversee the operations of a semiconductor equipment cleaning laboratory, ensuring high-quality standards and effective communication with both internal teams and external customers. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage laboratory processes efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Physics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a semiconductor equipment cleaning laboratory.
• Hands-on experience operating and maintaining ICP-MS and LPC equipment.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and resolve technical issues with laboratory equipment.
• Familiarity with equipment calibration procedures and relevant industry standards such as ISO 17025 and SEMI.

Nice To Haves

• Supervising experience of 3 years or more.
• Experience in a cleanroom environment for 5 years or more.
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 and/or 9001:2015 for at least 3 years.
• Experience with ICP-MS for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in generating and validating detailed analytical lab reports for customers.
• Communicate effectively with various internal departments and external customers.
• Prioritize parts and meet deadlines in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Resolve technical issues related to laboratory operations and equipment.
