Summary: Demonstrate a proven ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously at various stages of development. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Conducts and documents in-depth analysis of key business indicators, operating procedures, programs, promotions, processes and forecasts while providing recommendations to support tactical and strategic decision-making by senior management. Utilizes firsthand observations, sophisticated analytical tools and basic modeling techniques to enhance revenue while optimizing expenses. Studies include financial and labor management, internal and external reporting, budgeting, Customer Relationship Management, process improvement, and Return On Investment involving the following operations: Casino, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Food and Beverage, Hotel, Purchasing, Entertainment, and Player Development. Uses Change Management techniques to assure a smooth transition to newly implemented concepts. Provides direct support to the Director of Planning & Analysis and Executive Management. This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description. Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced or deleted to meet the business needs of the company.
