As an Analyst within PNC's Solebury Capital organization, you will be based in New Hope, PA. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Requirements

  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
  • Bachelors
  • FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 required within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Works with senior management to assist financial sponsors and C-suite management teams in the equity underwriting process.
  • Collaborates with the team to support existing clients and to prepare presentations fo business development meetings with prospective clients.
  • Qualitative and quantitative analysis related to the equity underwriting process in particular IPOs, marketed follow-on offerings and block trades.
  • Preparation of strategic and financial research and analysis to support existing clients.
  • Creating, analyzing, and maintaining complex excel models and proprietary databases.
  • Targeting potential clients and development of related marketing material.
  • Meetings with financial sponsor and C-suite management teams.
