This position will perform data analyses, identifying/ implementing solutions, and drive a more efficient process. The individual will assist with a wide variety of data, help develop performance management metrics, and apply appropriate change management tools. they will directly interact and assist with all aspects of the Customer Organization including performance management to develop and track KPIs. Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to multi-task needed.
