Summary: In this role, you will perform complex analyses and research across areas such as pricing, savings, product standardizations, SKU’s, units of measure, revenue and other line-item details to support informed business decisions. You will interpret data, trends and forecasts to anticipate organizational impact, develop clear recommendations, and present insights that guide leadership in recommending effective solutions and providing client guidance.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, SQL, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail orientated with a passion for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct savings analytics by client and by contract at the product level.
  • Track financial metrics across spend, fees, revenue, profitability.
  • Monitor pending supplier and member connections to ensure efficient revenue capture.
  • Maintain data repositories with accuracy and completeness.
  • Utilize all appropriate Vizient tools as a high-level super user.
  • Develop charts, graphs, tables, and reports to support findings and recommendations.
  • Produce recurring cadence reports and ad hoc reports
  • Present insights and recommendations to management and provide guidance on product alternatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and clarify objectives.
  • Evaluate data accuracy and ensure integrity of analytical outputs.
  • Support strategic planning through data-driven insights and scenario modeling.
  • Document methodologies, assumptions, and outcomes to ensure transparency and consistency.
