Ensure the team meets or exceeds agreed service levels Ensure pro-active application monitoring is conducted daily. Ensure support calls raised by users are allocated and resolved, effectively. Co-ordination of regular communication of issues, both with IT and via business communications Be a ‘Gatekeeper’ for the production environment through regular reviews with product owners. Strive to drive down IT incidents through root cause analysis and championing of technical debt requirements. Carry out other duties as assigned.
