In this position... The successful candidate will join Vehicle Planning & Strategy and be placed in an area of need based on experiences and skills necessary to be successful. Candidates will have extensive interaction with cross-functional and management teams to lead key studies to approval, develop Ford’s and Lincoln’s future portfolios, and cast the portfolios in the Global Product Cycle Plan. Candidates should be self-starters who are willing to work diligently in an unstructured environment where initiative, creativity, maturity, and enthusiasm for learning are highly valued.
