Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple and continuously evolving priorities effectively.
  • Fully proficient with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work on a team.

  • Experience working in Coupa and Oracle.

  • Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Analysis of purchase order-related open invoices and unreceived purchase orders to ensure timely payment and updates to inventory balances.
  • Work with various internal departments (e.g., operations, accounts payable, contracting and finance) to align procurement strategies with business objectives, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Address moderately complex issues that arise during analysis.
  • Identifying areas for process optimization and implementing the best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continue to build knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers.
  • Perform Buyer actions within the procure-to-pay application.
