Rivian is on a mission to keep the world adventurous forever. This goes for the emissions-free Electric Adventure Vehicles we build, and the curious, courageous souls we seek to attract. As a company, we constantly challenge what's possible, never simply accepting what has always been done. We reframe old problems, seek new solutions and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Treasury Analyst to join our growing Finance team. In this role, you will support the build-out of Rivian's global treasury operations, liquidity risk management, and working capital strategies. You'll bring deep knowledge of treasury best practices for multinational operations and play a vital role in optimizing Rivian's global cash flow and banking operations.

  • Manage daily cash positioning, forecasting, and movements across domestic and international operations.
  • Support the administration of global banking activities: account structures, new account setup, signatory maintenance, and treasury service implementations.
  • Maintain bank portal access and KYC documentation, ensuring up-to-date compliance with global standards.
  • Liaise with banking partners to evaluate and implement treasury products that enhance performance and control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors on system implementations and process improvements.
  • Document and maintain Treasury's internal control procedures, ensuring SOX compliance.
  • Lead or assist with reporting and documentation for FBAR and other regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance treasury processes, controls, and data quality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in global treasury operations.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Treasury Management Systems.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with SOX requirements and internal controls.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
  • General knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
  • Experience working within a multinational or manufacturing company.
