This role is critical in supporting day-to-day cash management, enhancements of our Treasury Management System (TMS), bank account administration and operational controls. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a commitment to operational excellence, and a proactive approach to process improvement and automation. Collaboration across functions and adaptability in a dynamic, multinational environment are key to success in this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or Accounting
  • 2-5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking
  • Knowledge of cash management, FX markets and financial instruments
  • Proficient in Excel and familiarity with TMS platforms (e.g., Kyriba, Bloomberg, FXAll, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of daily cash positioning, funding, and liquidity monitoring across the U.S. and global operations to support the businesses liquidity needs
  • Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to optimize liquidity and working capital
  • Maintain and enhance TMS functionality to improve data integrity, reporting accuracy and automation of key treasury processes and controls
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen forecasting accuracy, and drive efficiency through technology and process redesign
  • Support FX conversions and hedging of intercompany funding positions as required
  • Assist in implementing tax-efficient funding strategies for LATAM and APAC businesses
  • Support GXO’s international operations across LATAM and APAC
  • Maintain global banking relationships and oversee account administration
  • Track and summarize global banking activity to analyze fee wallet sharing and optimize costs
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, and company policies
  • Support SOX and audit requests and maintain documentation for Treasury transactions
  • Provide clear, timely updates to senior management on liquidity status, operational risks and treasury initiatives
  • Partner with finance leadership and other functions on ad-hoc projects and strategic priorities
