The Treasury Analyst is responsible for performing cash management activities within the Corporate Treasury function. The role is primarily focused on treasury management as well as requisite compliance duties and include, but are not limited to, maintenance of global bank account documentation, establishing and managing intercompany loan positions, and calculating FX netting hedges. The position will also backup of other treasury functions and participate in projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline is required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience performing the above-mentioned job duties and responsibilities preferably within a manufacturing setting
  • Highly detail‑oriented and well organized, with strong attention to accuracy and follow‑through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across functions and levels of the organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, ability to multi-task
  • Detail-oriented self-starter
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with ERP and TMS systems like SAP and Kyriba preferred

Responsibilities

  • Compile and maintain global bank account documentation required for tax and regulatory purposes.
  • Liaison with our banks, subsidiaries, and other corporate finance departments on account documentation.
  • Prepare and communicate the monthly netting settlement and instructions for subsidiaries and the bank.
  • Set up intercompany loans.
  • Assist in setup and maintenance of FX contracts.
  • Prepare and communicate FX contract settlement instructions to banks.
  • Prepare and maintain hedging documentation.
  • Maintain daily FX rates.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly FX rates.
  • Monitor and assist other finance departments in the accurate recording of financial transactions.
  • Research and setup requests for vendor banking additions and changes.
  • Research and setup requests for customer refund banking additions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Manage daily liquidity and support revolver, drawdowns, and repayments to meet short‑term funding needs.
