Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business, or other relevant field, or equivalent.
• Internship or early career experience (1-2 years) in finance, strategy/corporate development, or similar analytically-based role preferred.
• Robust analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to effectively present to business partners.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member under deadline pressures; sets priorities, multitask and respond to changing demands from multiple sources.
• Demonstrated planning and organizational skills with a deadline and execution driven focus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and internal benchmarking in support of business units’ strategic initiatives.
• Build financial models and prepare business cases to evaluate strategic options and quantify potential impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and drive rapid execution.
• Support project management, including facilitating meetings, tracking progress and preparing updates as needed.
• Synthesize data and insights into clear and actionable recommendations.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership.
• Monitor the performance of strategic initiatives, develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and value realization.
