In the Telecom & Digital Infrastructure group, our Analysts work across many verticals, including broadband and network infrastructure, data centers and cloud infrastructure, managed services, satellites, wireless infrastructure and digital infrastructure services. We provide a wide range of services, including general financial advice, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, special committee assignments, takeover defenses, corporate restructurings, strategic partnerships/joint ventures and advice on capital structure.
Requirements
- At least one year of investment banking or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills with extensive training in the building of presentation materials and financial modelling
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
- Proven academic excellence and high degree of intellectual curiosity
- High level of responsiveness with a strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a high-quality work product
- A team player mindset; ability to work as part of a close-knit team
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate both to deal teams and external clients
- Strong ability to multi-task
Responsibilities
- Build and run comprehensive financial models and conduct a wide range of financial analyses
- Effectively analyze, evaluate, and synthesize information
- Perform company and industry research
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and marketing materials
- Interact with senior bankers and clients
