This is a hybrid role based in New York City, with the expectation to come into the office on a semi-regular basis to meet with employees for in-person 1:1 and group training sessions. The mission of the Technical Enablement team is to ensure that technology serves as a bridge, not a barrier, to the mission of The New York Times. We focus on building relationships across the newsroom, technology, and business teams to provide the education and documentation necessary to adopt new tools with confidence and efficiency.
