About The Position

The Data Governance & Stewardship (DG&S) Analyst Role is responsible for supporting a client's customer data management processes and tasks. This role is responsible for assessing and improving the quality of a pharmaceutical client's customer data (Physicians, Organizations, etc.). Using a combination of IQVIA data and tools, a DG&S Analyst work with client's data within their systems (MDM, CRM, etc.) and/or spreadsheets to review and verify data. The DG&S Analyst works closely with the client on both Data Stewardship and Data Governance engagements. Tasks include but are not limited to the development and documentation of business process related to data management. The DG&S Analyst is responsible for providing on-going feedback to both IQVIA management and client peers of data issues and areas that require special attention or escalation. The DG&S Analyst will also be responsible for the collection and possibly the reporting out to the client on a predefined schedule all metrics and SLA performance. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Req
  • 1-3 years of related experience Req
  • Detail oriented, good data entry, research, and analytical skills
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communications
  • Eagerness to learn, follow directions, and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Access, and Word

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with IQVIA data and/or medical information (desired)
  • Fundamental understanding of relational databases, MDM, Informatica, CRM technologies (desired)
  • Analytics and Reporting experience (desired)
  • SQL experience desired but not necessary
