About The Position

The Role Fidelity Stock Transfer is looking for an Analyst to be part of a team leading our next-generation transfer agent operations. In your capacity, you will help foster productive customer interactions and help solve our customers’ business challenges while pairing with our new technology and our passion for excellent customer service. As a transfer agent analyst, you will be part of a cross-functional team helping to map out existing operational processes, articulate customer pain points, identify best practices and together, imagine new ways to manage registered securities.

  • College Degree required and/or 7-10 years experience in Financial Service Operations
  • Strong knowledge of transfer agent operational processes, project management and SEC regulations; Tax knowledge and experience a plus
  • Effective written, verbal and listening skills
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office Word, Excel and other basic knowledge of other products within suite

Responsibilities

  • Review and process customer transactions and account inquiries including but not limited to escalations
  • Comply with all policies and procedures related to all aspects of TA Operations
  • Ensure quality standards are enforced, met and compliant with regulatory mandates
  • Ensure all key daily duties are performed timely and accurately
  • Collaborate with aligning business partners to develop and create written procedures
  • Ensure all procedures are updated to mitigate process risks
  • Demonstrate a collaborative mindset aligned with process improvement, efficiencies and risk mitigation
  • Participate in architectural system design with product, technical and operations teams to ensure proper system build satisfying TA needs
  • Collaborate and influence outcomes in a large matrix-managed environment and across multiple and diverse groups
  • Support and lead business initiatives and special projects
  • Liaise with others to implement corporate strategy
  • Cross train as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by management
