About The Position

MN8 Energy is seeking an enthusiastic and analytical Supply Chain Logistics Temp
to join our team. In this role, you will support key procurement and logistics
functions while gaining hands-on experience in sourcing, database management,
and operational efficiencies within the renewable energy industry. This
temporary engagement is ideal for students or recent graduates who are
enthusiastic about renewable energy and interested in applying their knowledge
of supply chain logistics.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Environmental Science).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical and operational problems
• Attention to detail with proven experience building and managing databases (SQL or similar tools)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for sustainable energy and logistics innovation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Up to 25% of travel required
• Willingness to work onsite, inclusive of outdoor environments
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining supply chain structures, sourcing strategies, and aligning component acquisitions with fleet requirements.
• Populate supply chain databases, integrate supply chain details, and validate data accuracy.
• Organize supplier classifications, optimize sourcing workflows, and map attributes for increased efficiency.
• Conduct audits on procurement accuracy, refine workflows, and enhance component filtering mechanisms.
• Support system-wide logistics implementation, assist in user training, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline procurement operations and logistics efficiencies.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify innovative scalable solutions for supply chain challenges.
• Support daily procurement workflows, such as reviewing supplier inputs, updating sourcing records, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to clarify component requirements.
• Leverage domain knowledge (engineering, logistics, or procurement) to enhance operational insights and decisionmaking
• Participate in team syncs and planning sessions, capturing action items, and helping drive follow-up tasks.
• Support logistics coordination, such as verifying shipments, updating delivery statuses, and flagging potential delays to the team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects, helping optimize workflows, templates, and supply chain processes as the team evolves.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for optimization
• Develop advanced Excel models, dashboards, and automation tools to streamline workflows
