Analog Devices is seeking a proactive, results‑driven Supply Chain Analyst to join our team and support the company’s continued growth. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a closely related field.
- Two years of professional experience in the job offered or a closely related supply chain/operations analytics role.
- Experience with Supply Chain Modeling and Planning Systems (e.g., Blue Yonder, Kinaxis).
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience working with MES/ERP systems, such as SAP.
- Proficiency in dashboard development and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
- Competency with data analysis and statistical tools, including Python or R.
- For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytical models and dashboards.
- Provide data‑driven insights that support scenario analysis, risk assessment, and strategic planning.
- Define, measure, and report on supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive operational and strategic outcomes.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve decision‑making and enhance end-to-end supply chain performance.
- Apply advanced analytical and systems-thinking techniques to improve key business processes, including: Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Supply Planning Manufacturing Scheduling Forecasting Inventory Optimization Capacity & Materials Planning
- Partner with senior cross‑functional leaders to deliver analytics projects that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions and process improvements.
- Lead projects independently while providing technical guidance and consultation to team members and stakeholders.
