About The Position
StepStone Private Wealth is seeking an Analyst with excellent quantitative, qualitative, and interpersonal skills to support the due diligence efforts of financial platforms globally as they consider the suite of funds under management. The team oversees and manages data across four portfolio strategies and controls the information being shared externally. The Analyst’s primary role is to draft high-quality, consistent diligence responses, fund materials, and other analyses in response to requests from current and prospective platforms. The Analyst will work closely with the existing members of the due diligence team as they learn the process and expectations with the opportunity to begin collaborating with and have exposure to all levels across the firm, including the research, business development, finance, legal, compliance, and HR teams. The candidate is expected to show a willingness to learn the underlying products and the comparable product landscape to support these efforts appropriately. The person should also have a basic understanding and interest in alternative investments, the private markets space (specifically, private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and private debt) and strong interpersonal skills. The candidate should be highly analytical and naturally curious to understand the underlying data. Strong written communication, organization, attention to detail and relationship building skills will be necessary to succeed in this role.
