This position provides support to the regulatory affairs department, focusing on day-to-day responsibilities, rate case management, and strategic initiatives. The role involves managing compliance and reconciliation filings, conducting analysis for regulatory matters, and engaging with ICC Staff on daily matters.

  • Manage the discovery review process for regulatory filings and rate cases.
  • Project manage regulatory filings and initiatives working cross-functionally to secure information and support other regulatory team members.
  • Conduct industry-related research and financial data analysis to support regulatory initiatives and filings.
  • Assist in drafting and coordinating witness testimony for regulatory filings.
  • Manage the online filing system of regulatory filings and information, and electronic filing/case management database.
  • Conduct internal reporting of ongoing regulatory activity and maintain the calendar for the Regulatory Affairs team.
  • B.S./B.A. in Business/Business Administration or other relevant bachelor's degree with work experience.
  • 1 to 2 years conducting data analysis, coordinating projects, or related program management experience.
  • High proficiency in MS Word, SharePoint, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • 1 to 2 years of professional experience in rates, accounting, finance, operations, government affairs, community affairs, or regulatory arena, preferably in the energy sector.
